Juried Artist Directory

Welcome to the new Juried Artist Directory!

Our Directory is dedicated to creating a free, online listing of 2D and 3D visual artists who have been recognized by independent jurors and panels connected to the Arkansas Arts Council's programs. Directory artists have been recognized by programs, such as Small Works on Paper, Individual Artist Fellowships, Governor's Arts Awards or Arkansas Living Treasure programs.

Artists chosen for the Directory have the opportunity to showcase their artworks on a free platform to help promote and market themselves and their artistic careers. Works can be updated by contacting the artist services manager.

Artists who have not been chosen by independent judges or panels will be removed from the listing. This is an ongoing process, and accounts without updates in the past two years will be removed first. Thank you for your patience as we revamp the listings.

Over the years, I have seen my work evolve into what it is today....dramatic, humorous, tells a story, and is as original as you will find anywhere. After years of painting the traditional landscape and still life, I have come to realize that unless I am painting what I love and using my personality as part of the painting, I am bored and have no enthusiasm for it. So, now I'm having fun with my creations. My work is certainly fine art and well done. My thoughts are on canvas in the form of a painting, and animals and old dolls play a big part in it.
