Arts On Tour

The Arts on Tour roster lists a broad spectrum of Arkansas’s finest solo and ensemble performers, individual visual artists and prepared art exhibitions ready for touring within Arkansas. The online AOT listing facilitates the booking process for arts organizations, festival and event planners, schools, civic organizations and government entities interested in contracting with the artists.

The AOT program is designed to reimburse presenters who showcase Arkansas artists listed on the roster. When an AOT artist negotiates a contract with the presenter, the Arkansas Arts Council typically will subsidize 40 percent of the cost of the event as long as funds are available.

New AOT artists are selected each year through a panel process.

The heart of GTDance is the ever-evolving human connection. Our goal is to present world-class innovating shows to the Arkansas community. These shows feature top artists in the fields of Middle Eastern dance & music, Tahitian dance, free-style, contemporary, tribal-fusion and ballet. GTDance mission is to empower, inspire, open minds, and strengthen connections between artist and audience, teachers and students, friends and newcomers through dance and movement. We are committed to diverse artists, musicians, and audiences, in order to better serve our dynamic society.

We recognize the need of our community to explore movement and to build strong connections. In addition to this, GTDance gives the opportunity to a diverse group of kids and adults to learn these styles of dance through community classes and help them learn different cultures, and provide knowledge and wisdom of different aspects, through dance, understanding choreography, movement, yoga, and mindfulness.

GTDance also offers dance workshops to schools. If your school is looking for an after-school activity, the company can offer one hours of dance lesson once a week.
