Have you ever wondered how to catch the attention of a gallery owner? In today’s fast-paced and high-tech world, what are the strategies for getting gallery representation?
Join us for a special, in-depth workshop led by artist Robert Bean, who will delve into his personal experience and strategy for getting gallery representation. Learn what it means to have a gallery show your work and the pros and cons of gallery spaces. Bean will talk about changes to what galleries are looking for, ways to get your foot in the door to get your work shown and what your portfolio needs to do for you.
Five artists who register for this workshop will be selected for personalized, virtual portfolio reviews and one-on-one consultations to be arranged by Robert Bean after the workshop. Portfolios will be selected randomly.
Workshop includes:
*Pros and cons of gallery representation
*What does and doesn't work for getting into gallery spaces
