Welcome to the new Juried Artist Directory!

Our Directory is dedicated to creating a free, online listing of 2D and 3D visual artists who have been recognized by independent jurors and panels connected to the Arkansas Arts Council's programs. Directory artists have been recognized by programs, such as Small Works on Paper, Individual Artist Fellowships, Governor's Arts Awards or Arkansas Living Treasure programs.

Artists chosen for the Directory have the opportunity to showcase their artworks on a free platform to help promote and market themselves and their artistic careers. Works can be updated by contacting the artist services manager.

My art work explores every part of daily life. It is a constant investigation of what people devote themselves to and why. With these pieces I question absolutes and examine the processes of transformation. Ultimately, my work contemplates the search for the 1 meaning of concepts like purity, love, justice, and peace. I try to use only reclaimed materials in all of my projects. In using the old to create the new, I hope to encourage saving and repairing in a wasteful and excessive culture.
