$25/person. All supplies are included. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Please bring a sack lunch.

Come learn how to make a Civil War era tin cup or a tin tankard. Participants will start with a flat sheet of metal and learn to cut, fold, solder and rivet all pieces together to form a functioning cup or tankard.

From Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Robert Stone was a sheet metal worker who grew up around the metal trades. He started doing craft shows in the late 80s and taught his first class at the Ozark Folk Center in 2006. He enjoys both teaching and demonstrating. Bob has demonstrated at Pea Ridge National Military Park, Prairie Grove State Park, Historic Arkansas Museum and Har-Ber Village in Oklahoma.
