The Juried Artist Directory is an online listing of visual artists who have been recognized through jurors and independent panels for programs and awards through the Arkansas Arts Council. The Directory recognizes and honors artists who are doing extraordinary work in Arkansas and have been highlighted through the Arts Council's services, programs, grants or awards.

The Directory helps enthusiasts and supporters discover the rich variety of visual artists in Arkansas.
The Directory highlights, showcases and recognizes visual artists in Small Works on Paper, Governor's Arts Awards, Arkansas Living Treasure, and Individual Artist Fellowship programs.

Artists chosen for the Directory have the opportunity to showcase their artworks on a free platform to help promote and market themselves and their artistic careers. Works can be updated by contacting the artist services manager.

The natural world is an intricate and mysterious wealth of inspiration. When time is taken to indulge in nuances of those intricacies, the changing, flowing, dying and rebirth; growth is inevitable. In my work nature takes center stage enhanced by passionate colors guiding the eye through my personal journey of development as a visual artist. Using human hair, natural dyes and other earth made materials my work embodies the physical world and acknowledges our responsibility as stewards of this planet. As this body of work continues so too does the flower bloom, go to seed, become carried by the wind, caught in the soil, nurtured by the sun and rain, then sprout out again as a new manifestation of the continuous tangle of life and new creation.
