Welcome to the new Juried Artist Directory!

Our Directory is dedicated to creating a free, online listing of 2D and 3D visual artists who have been recognized by independent jurors and panels connected to the Arkansas Arts Council's programs. Directory artists have been recognized by programs, such as Small Works on Paper, Individual Artist Fellowships, Governor's Arts Awards or Arkansas Living Treasure programs.

Artists chosen for the Directory have the opportunity to showcase their artworks on a free platform to help promote and market themselves and their artistic careers. Works can be updated by contacting the artist services manager.

Jared Hogue has been an artist and illustrator for over 30 years. He primarily works in caricature, both studio and live-event, but he also illustrates for children's book authors. His media ranges from traditional (pencil, charcoal, soft pastel, etc. on paper, canvas, etc.) to digital imagery. Jared is also a photographer. He is lucky enough to travel the state frequently and photograph glimpses of the beauty of the Natural State.
