The Arkansas Arts Council  and CACHE present a free, in-person workshop on board development and governance for nonprofit organizations from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 22 at The Medium in Springdale, Arkansas. Registration is required.

The workshop, which is part of the GetSmART! Learning Series through the Arkansas Arts Council, includes information for creating overall health for nonprofit organizations, getting a board in order and dealing with personalities, and "actionable items" that directors can begin immediately to improve their organization. 

A limited number (5) of attendees will have the opportunity for one-on-one mentorship time with KHARIS Group consultants.
