The magic of objects and colors motivate me to take photographs. I am always looking for unusual or eccentric subjects and usually finding it right in front of me. The development of digital photography frees my soul to experiment with each photo. I love to capture the "1" picture. The excitement continues as I download the image into the computer and watch the picture appear. I love exploring the possibilities rather than being limited by the original image. I use different techniques, zooming, contrast, and shadows on different parts of the photo and watch as the photo begins to evolve into extreme perspectives. I enjoy color in my photographs and look for ways to make the color "pop" or manipulate it into something totally abstract. My favorite items to photograph are nature and architecture. Depending on the structure, I may take the whole building or put emphasis on a tiny part such as the textures of the building.
