The History of Bitters: Learn, Make and Take With Dillon Garcia
Saturday, November 8, 1 to 4 p.m.

$25 per person, limited space

Learn the history of bitters and about its journey from being a cure-all medicine peddled by snake oil salesmen to its modern-day usage as the most common cocktail additive in the world. Explore how today’s bitters shape the cocktail scene and then develop your own at home. Class will include a wide variety of flavors and botanicals and reusable jar and infusion bag to continue your bitter-making journey at home.

The founder of Arkansas Mixology, Dillon Garcia is a leader in the Arkansas hospitality industry and a past president of the Arkansas chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild. He runs multiple cocktail programs across the state, including at Allsopp & Chapple.
