Celebrating the Inaugural Class of Top 15 Trailblazers for Juneteenth in Da Rock 2024

As part of our commitment to recognizing and honoring the contributions of African Americans to our state and beyond, we are proud to introduce our inaugural class of Top 15 Trailblazers. These individuals exemplify the spirit of our theme, "Woven," as they are intertwined with both the historical and ongoing narrative of progress and perseverance. They are not only history-makers but also contemporary figures who continue to shape our world today. In 2024, they will take on the role of ambassadors for Juneteenth in Da Rock, showcasing the depth and diversity of African American achievements.

Our Top 15 Trailblazers are a diverse group of individuals from various fields, including education, arts, science, social justice, and more. They have each made significant contributions to their communities and serve as beacons of hope and change. Their efforts have paved the way for future generations, breaking barriers and setting new standards of excellence. As ambassadors for Juneteenth in Da Rock 2024, they embody the essence of our celebration—honoring the past while actively shaping the future.
