This year marks the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, and we’ll be celebrating all year long by focusing on a different ideal each month from this foundational document. In January, we’ll explore how the “Laws of Nature” were understood in Territorial Arkansas. Come see how scientific methods in the 1820s compared to those of today, and how science was used in everyday life. Visit the Print Shop to experience how printing made information more easily attainable and learn the science of cooking in one of our kitchens.
Girl Scouts, Scouting America, American Heritage Girls, and Trail Life USA members can work towards multiple merit badges while having some fun at our Winter Scout Day. Interested scouts and groups please register online now.
