The Arkansas Arts Council is pleased to present ArtLinks 2023: Designs for the Future, a statewide arts conference October 16-17 in Little Rock.
Featured speakers and topics include:
- Dr. Genna Styles-Lyas, Americans for the Arts in Washington, DC, shares the results of the 6th Arts & Economic Prosperity nationwide survey. The Arts are an important industry that supports jobs, generates revenue and is the cornerstone of tourism. Learn how to boost your credibility when advocating with measurable economic impact data.
- What is Art Therapy? Learn about the types, benefits, and the importance of a skilled art therapist.
- Creating Meaningful Community Connections - Hear about effective efforts for relationship-building and community engagement with diverse populations.

The Arkansas Arts Council is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships that would waive the registration fee for individual artists. Artists who cannot afford the registration fee for the conference may apply for the scholarship, which covers one ArtLinks ticket, or registration fee, per artist. The ticket covers admission to the entire conference’s agenda, which includes lectures, a lunch, networking opportunities and an arts activity.
