The Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, an agency of the Division of Arkansas Heritage, will host a public meeting to consider the proposed removal of 1.838 acres of dedicated property and the granting of a temporary construction easement on an additional 1.563 acres at the Cossatot River State Park-Natural Area in Howard County pursuant to Arkansas Code Ann. §15-20-314. These actions are for the purpose of installing a new bridge over the Cossatot River in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Transportation Job Number 030456. The public hearing has been rescheduled and now will be held on Monday, Dec. 12, 2022 at 9 a.m. at the Division of Arkansas Heritage Headquarters, Diamond Room, 1100 North Street, Little Rock, AR 72201.

All interested parties wishing to be heard must submit written comments to the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission before 4:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 5, 2022.
