The Arkansas Arts Council has announced 18 recipients of the Individual Artist Fellowship Awards. These Individual Artist Fellows will be recognized during a reception 5-7 p.m. Sept. 30 at the Historic Arkansas Museum in Little Rock.

The creatives will showcase their work, and guests can visit with them.
