A number of grants and other funding opportunities are available through our divisions. The Arkansas Arts Council administers both federal and state funds to provide financial aid and state arts grants for programs and services benefiting organizations, Arkansas schools, and Arkansas artists. The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program offers grants for rehabilitation of historic courthouses and other structures, and assists in other grant programs. Department of Arkansas Heritage Grant Programs

The Department of Arkansas Heritage, through some of its divisions, makes Arkansas grants available for historic preservation and the arts, as well as Heritage Month events. Also available are tax incentives for eligible expenses for the rehabilitation of historic properties, as well as a fund program designed to benefit small museums.
