Eighteen recipients slated to receive a Small Arkansas Museum grant, the first of its kind in the state, will be announced on Monday, Aug. 30. The ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, 501 W. 9th Street, Little Rock.
