TRAVELING EXHIBITS: ARKANSAS AND THE LOUISIANA PURCHASE

Louisiana Purchase Twelve wall hanging exhibit panels (48" w x 60-1/2" h) on the history of Arkansas and its involvement in the Louisiana Purchase. Highlights of the exhibit include geography and natural diversity, American Indian and European relationships, and the story of the negotiation of the Louisiana Purchase between the United States and France.

Free to the public pending booking for two-week loan from September of 2002 to December of 2003. Packed in special traveling cases. Venue must come and pick up the panels at the Department of Arkansas Heritage. Posters, educational materials and press release included in loan.
