Delta Cultural Center
During the 19th and early 20th centuries, many immigrants came to the Arkansas Delta to begin their new lives. French, Irish, German, Swiss, Lebanese, Italian, Syrian, Chinese and Slovakian immigrants came to the Delta for many different reasons; escaping war, depressions or just for a brand new start on life. The Delta Cultural Center's exhibit discusses the important role of immigrants in the formation of Delta towns.
