Department of Arkansas Heritage - Friday, October 19, 2018

The Department of Arkansas Heritage’s three downtown Little Rock museums will participate in the Big BOO!seum Bash on Oct. 25.

Historic Arkansas Museum, Mosaic Templars Cultural Center and Old State House Museum will provide free, family-friendly activities from 5:30-8 p.m. Guests are encouraged to dress in costume for trick-or-treating, games and prizes.

Historic Arkansas Museum (200 E. Third St.) — The museum’s historic grounds will take a spooky twist with activities like the Twinkie Walk, witch’s hat ring toss, coloring sheets, crafts and a visit by a character from the past.

Mosaic Templars Cultural Center (501 W. Ninth St.) — There is always plenty of spook-tacular fun for the whole family, with games, activities and candy, all hosted in partnership with Little Rock Central High School.

Old State House Museum (300 W. Markham St.) — You can find “Fantastic Beasts” on the museum’s front lawn during BOO!seum. Stop by for hands-on activities, games and candy. Presented in partnership with the Arkansas Secretary of State’s Office.

The Big BOO!seum Bash is a program of the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau. Other participating sites include Heifer Village, Curran Hall and Museum of Discovery.
