Holiday Open Houses
between 1 to 5 p.m.

Historic Arkansas Museum
1 to 4 p.m.

Enjoy hot cider and ginger cake and celebrate the holidays as it was done in the 1800s. Living history characters will be on the grounds, and holiday shopping of Arkansas Made items will be available in the gift shop.

Old State House Museum
1 to 4:30 p.m.

Enjoy musical performances from vocal and instrumental groups with holiday music to share. Kids can make a holiday ornament, and everyone can enjoy punch and holiday treats.

Mosaic Templars Cultural Center
2 to 5 p.m.

The fourth annual “Say It Ain’t Say’s” Sweet Potato Pie Baking Contest will choose the best pies by both professional and amateur cooks. Listen to performances of holiday music while you sample each contestant’s pie.

Governor’s Mansion
2 to 4 p.m.

The mansion’s rooms will be decorated using the theme, “Carols of Christmas,” with each public room featuring a popular holiday song or carol. There will be plenty of holiday treats to enjoy.

A trolley will be available for transportation among all the open houses
